This programme works for all fitness levels. We have the experience from creating transformations in complete beginners through to seasoned athletes. Each programme is specifically designed around you and your goals. We can accommodate sports specific performance into our programme as well. 

The principle is the same, no matter what level of fitness you are – ‘if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you’.

I lost 35kg in 6 months. I cut out bad food, cigarettes, alcohol and trained three times a week for 6 months. I was also playing golf twice a week which helped overall calorie deficit. If you want fast results, then you choose the 12-week body transformation programme. This provides daily support outside of sessions and the VERY important tracking of your nutrition. There is a lot of effort outside of sessions that takes place to keep you motivated and engaged throughout the journey.

If you want to train once or twice per week without the nutrition and daily guidance, then you can choose Personal Training packages here

We recommend that you dedicate your time to the 12-week body transformation programme as you will see the best results.

If you have to pause and take some time off, as life happens, then that’s fine, we will make sure you get the full 37 sessions.

Clients are happy with Muscle Food and they really do help maximise results as they make the meals to meet your calorie and macro goals. Probably the most difficult challenge clients face, is eating consistently so we always recommend this as an additional option. You can see their meal plans by clicking here.

Yes we do, we always prefer working with clients in person, but it would be a shame to not share what we offer with those around the world.
