We work through golf movement capability (TPI Screening). You will get marked across a number of movements that will give you a golf fitness score. This score is relative to all TPI tested professionals. Anything less, will give us a clear indication of where we can improve.
For example, your thoracic rotation ability (rotation of the upper back) will enable us to see how you compare on a scale. This scale is then measured against professionals to give us an overall score.
Numbers gives us very clear markers for progression. Just like Trackman gives you numbers for your swing, we can give you numbers for your ability to move. Combine improvements in both = vast improvement in your golf performance!
